The BND Culture

At BND Recruitment we pride ourselves on creating an environment where our people actually want to be here!
We've managed to develop a great culture largely by involving our people in the way we run our business. Importantly, we seek their opinions and act on their feedback.

One way we do that is though our staff opinion survey, “UR SAY”. This survey is conducted every 6months and the results give us insights to our people's views on what it's like to work at BND, as well as help identify where we can do better.

We also measure employee engagement, the bond or attachment our people have with BND. This considers our people's feeling towards our leaders and communication, commitment to our values and business direction and level of motivation to 'go the extra mile'.
