Brock Nicholls
Senior Partner

Brock is the Senior Partner and Co-founder of The BND Group Pty Ltd.

Before establishing the group, Brock worked initially in the recruitment industry and then joined one of Australia's largest insolvency practices, before returning to the Recruitment industry.

He brings a wealth of knowledge in not only financial industries, but customer service, administration and blue collar while maintaining his in depth knowledge in the field of Human Resources.

Noelle McHale
Chief Financial Officer

Noelle is a Chartered Accountant with twenty five years accounting and commercial experience.

She commenced her professional career with one of Australia's top five accountancy firms, where she worked for a number years in Melbourne and London performing a variety of roles including audit and assurance and business advisory.

For the past twelve years, she has held a number of commercial positions, before coming on board as the CFO for The BND Group Pty Ltd.

Teresa Baker
National Recruitment Manager

Teresa commenced with BND in the role of senior consultant and recruitment manager Victoria prior to her promotion to National Recruitment Manager.

Teresa is responsible for BND’s recruitment and account management teams ensuring a high level of service is received by all clients in compliance with our internal service level agreements.

Teresa has been recruiting for six years, mainly in blue-collar and major labour hire projects, joining BND Recruitment after having worked for several larger recruiting firms.
